Black cohosh, Cimicifuga racemosa, is an herb that is helpful in supporting women  during menopause.*  Black Cohosh exhibit mild estrogenic activity by binding to estrogen receptors. Black Cohosh 2.5 is standardized to contain 2.5% triterpene glycosides.

Ingredients per capsule:
Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) extract (root)
(standardized to provide 2.5% triterpene glycosides) 250 mg.

Other ingredients: hypo-allergenic plant fiber, vegetable capsule.

Suggested use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules twice a day
