This blood test will help evaluate for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).

You do need to be fasting for this blood draw.

This panel includes the following tests:

• Insulin, fasting
• DHEA-S
• Testosterone, total
• Lipid Panel (Triglyerides)
• FSH
• LH
• Thyroid Stimulating Hormone TSH
• Free T4 Thyroxine
• Free T3 Triiodothyronine
