Ingredients:
Proprietary Blend: Fermented Plant Derived Cortisol, Echinacea Purpurea (6.0mg/pellet)
Other Ingredients: Lactose, Magnesium Stearate, Starch Arrowroot, Maltodextrin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Silicate, Lactase.

Dosage:
Take 1 to 2 pellets, 3-4 times daily, never more than 8 pellets daily, or according to your health care practitioner.
