Description

This panel includes the following tests: 

This insulin reponse test will take roughly 4-5 hours to complete.  Initially, you will go to the lab fasting for the first blood draw.  Then the lab will provide you 100 grams of glucose and they will again draw your blood 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours after consuming the 100 grams of glucose.  

Note: due to the high glycemic load, you may experience low blood sugar symptoms after consuming the 100 gram of glucose.
